Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Pro-rated credits are applied when upgrading mid-cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and wire transfer for annual Enterprise plans. Invoicing is available for Business and Enterprise customers on request.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund—no questions asked. Annual plans may be cancelled for a prorated refund within 30 days.
How am I billed when I add new team members?
New members are billed prorated for the remainder of your current billing period. For example, if you add a user halfway through the month, you'll only be charged for half a month. Your next invoice will reflect the full number of seats.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Pro and Business plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start—you can explore all features before committing. Enterprise customers can request a custom demo and extended trial.
